Miloco Services
Miloco offer a diverse package of services, all of which come under the recording umbrella. We are of course predominantly a group of recording studios, consisting of Mix rooms, Tracking rooms and Programming rooms, designed to cover all projects and all budgets. We also have a large portfolio of privately rented Long-let rooms.
With a comprehensive range of recording and mix facilities in place, our second priority is to serve our clients with the best studio staff around. Miloco is proud to represent a very exciting roster of producers and engineers to work with our clients on their sessions, ensuring you'll always be satisfied with the results of your session. We launched Interface Producer and Engineer Management in 2007, which consists of both established and succesful engineers, and some of the hottest and most hyped new names on the scene. We also have a choice of talented young in-house engineers already building impressive CVs, and provide the best developement platform possible for the stars of the future: our excellent team of studio assistants.
On top of that, we are also branching out into other exciting areas. In 2010 we setup Miloco Villas, an exclusive holiday rental company specialising in providing a refined selection of luxury villas from across the world. You can find out more below...

Recording
Miloco's tracking rooms cover all bases: from London to Liverpool, Yorkshire to Spain and Surrey to Greece; from budget-end band rooms to world class facilities with unrivalled specs; from classic and legendary studios to grounbreaking, re-invented spaces... the choice is endless! Mixing
Miloco has a wide and varied selection of mix studios; from great-value affordable rooms, to world-class studios responsible for many successful records. Most of our mix rooms are built around Neve or SSL consoles; we have a total of 5 Neves and 7 SSLs in total. Although you can also find alternatives. Programming
We have a selection of programming rooms which are perfect for serving smaller projects such as editing, but can also be used for tracking and mixing if you're running on a smaller budget. Most of our Programming rooms are privately rented out to longterm tenants, but are sometimes available when the tenants are away. However in 2009 we built The Bridge; a multifunctional and affordable space providing a range of budget-end programming, editing, tracking and mixing possibilities. Longterm Lets
Part of Miloco's business is providing spaces for producers, artists, writers or engineers to rent on a short or long-term basis. Most of the rooms are available on a minimum of three month terms, however we do have a few rooms that are available by the day, week, month or longer. They are all dry-hire spaces, meaning we provide the space and you fill it with your own gear.
Our Longterm Let rooms are based in Bermondsey, Willesden Green, Hoxton and Hornsey.

Bermondsey We have two long-term let rooms in our main complex in Bermondsey, SE1. |

Hoxton Market Our original long-let complex in Hoxton comprises 5 suites of varying sizes. |

Willesden Green We have three long-term let rooms located in the Battery complex in Willesden Green, NW10. |

Hornsey We have six long-term let rooms in Hornsey on the Hornsey Road in North London. |
Engineer Management

Interface is a collective of some of the best Producers and Engineers working in the industry today. Having learnt their craft in some of the UK's best studios, our Producers and Engineers stand out from the crowd and between them have worked alongside a wide
range of artists from Slipknot to Liberty X and from Bloc Party to M.I.A. Each of our Producers and Engineers bring their own experience and knowledge, as well as creativity and
accomplished technical expertise.
