Miloco offers a large and diverse package of services. As predominantly a group of recording facilities, we provide a wide range of Mix studios, Tracking studios and Programming rooms, designed to cover all projects and all budgets. We also have a large portfolio of privately rented Long-term let rooms and are developing a collection of Mastering rooms, one of which provides a CD & DVD Manufacturing service. We have also introduced Miloco Builds; a studio design and building service, led by an expert team of studio technicians and experienced builders.
We also take pride in serving our clients with the best studio staff around. Miloco operates two very exciting rosters of producers and engineers. We launched Interface Engineer Management in 2007, which consists of our fantastic team of in-house engineers, and in 2012 launched a boutique management company, Gotham Producer Management, which represents a select few of the most exciting producers, engineers and mixers in the business today.
2012 also saw the launch of our Drumdrops sample library, one of the highest quality download stores on the web specialising in drum loops, in collaboration with producer/engineers Prince Fatty and the Mutant Hi-Fi, two of the leading specialists in the drum sample field. On top of that, we are also branching out into other exciting areas. In 2010 we setup Miloco Villas, an exclusive holiday rental company specialising in providing a refined selection of luxury villas from across the world.

Mixing Studios
Miloco has a wide and varied selection of mix studios; from great-value affordable rooms, to world-class studios responsible for many successful records. Most of our mix rooms are built around Neve or SSL consoles; we have a total of 5 Neves and 7 SSLs in total. Although you can also find alternatives. Orchestral Recording
Forum Studio A in Rome, one of the world's most famous orcestral recording studios can be booked through Miloco. Founded by legendary film composer Ennio Morricone, it has seen the creation of many classic film scores such as Once Upon A Time In America and Nuovo Cinema Paradiso. Online Mixing
Miloco's Online Mixing service is a flexible and affordable option for clients who are working on a budget, but who require a professional mix studio and engineer. Writing Studios
Miloco has some fantastic UK writing studios. The Bridge, The Bunker and The Yard are all well-known London writing rooms, each offering a Pro Tools rig and one or more recording areas. Our fourth facility is Osea Island, an amazing retreat in the Blackwater Estuary in East England. Osea is an incredible location for writing camps; it has many writing 'cottages and apartments' that are hired by writers to use as a creative base, where they can compose their next albums... Programming Studios
We have a selection of programming rooms which are perfect for serving smaller projects such as editing, but can also be used for tracking and mixing if you're running on a smaller budget. Most of our Programming rooms are privately rented out to longterm tenants, but are sometimes available when the tenants are away. However in 2009 we built The Bridge; a multifunctional and affordable space providing a range of budget-end programming, editing, tracking and mixing possibilities. Mastering Studios
Miloco Mastering is a service we introduced in 2010. We currently offer a choice of different mastering rooms offering very different services, so you can pick and choose the best to suit you. We can provide CD or Vinyl mastering, and attended or unattended sessions. Miloco The Market Place
The Market Place is a brand new listing of affiliated recording, mixing and residential studios spread across the world. Our aim is make it easier for clients to find good facilities outside of the Miloco group, which are nevertheless fully endorsed by Miloco.
The studios on The Market Place have been carefully chosen to form a global and dynamic group. They include famous commercial studios in major cities, luxury residential retreats in stunning natural surroundings and smaller studios located closer to home, all of which complement our existing portfolio.

Longterm Lets
Part of Miloco's business is providing spaces for producers, artists, writers or engineers to rent on a short or long-term basis. Most of the rooms are available on a minimum of three month terms, however we do have a few rooms that are available by the day, week, month or longer. They are all dry-hire spaces, meaning we provide the space and you fill it with your own gear.
Our Longterm Let rooms are based in Bermondsey, Willesden Green, Hoxton and Hornsey.

With over 20 years' experience in recording studio design, analysis and construction, Miloco offer expertise in every area involved in building a recording studio.
We pride ourselves on a team of people with actual audio engineering backgrounds, therefore appreciate the many complexities of studio design. The team is led by
project manager and technical director Pete Hofmann, highly respected acoustician Nick Whitaker, and one of the UK's best-known recording studio builders,
Micky Whelan.
Having been at the forefront of music production for two decades, Miloco understands the many needs of the modern producer; a key advantage we have over many other recording studio designers. Our team's portfolio of work is extremely broad, including full design and construction of commercial studios and private programming rooms, the re-modelling of existing studios to improve monitoring and acoustics, comprehensive studio wiring and installation, and the supply of various acoustic panel systems, workstations, equipment racks and other items of furniture. Miloco Builds have now completed over 15 studio construction projects. Each has incorporated unique building methods which have not only dealt with difficult and complex spaces, but have also proved incredibly cost effective. Tribes, Ben Howard), Charlie Hugall (Ed Sheeran, Florence and the Machine, Crystal Fighters), Philippe Weiss (Martin Solveig, K'Naan, Madonna), Pete Hofmann (Emile Sande,
