Istanbul born Turkish - German citizen Alp Turac has studied at SAE in Vienna. After his graduation he returned to Turkey, where he has forged a career as one of the most in demand studio and live sound engineers in the country, with over 100 album mix credits and over 1000 concerts. Alp has worked with numerous well established artists from Turkey such as; Sezen Aksu, Tarkan, Sertab Erener, Demir Demirkan, Şebnem Ferah, Mor ve Ötesi, maNga as well as important artists from the international scene such as; Aydin Esen, Fazil Say, Sabri Tuluğ Tırpan, Aziza Mustafa Zadeh, Michael Camillo, Gonzalo Rubalcapa, Tomatito, Miroslav Vitous, Steve Smith, Vinnie Colaiuta, Thomas Lang, Trilok Gurtu, Kai Eckhard, Billy Sheehan, Baron Brown. He is also one of the founders of the Audio Engineering Society's Turkish division.

REUBEN DE LAUTOUR- Studio Director / Producer

New Zealand-born producer Reuben de Lautour began his musical career as a classical pianist and composer. Since moving to Turkey from the United States in 2003 he has produced, recorded or mixed more than 50 albums in genres ranging from pop, rock and dance music to classical and jazz. He produced Turkey's 2011 Eurovision song. As a keyboardist and live electronics performer he has played in many of Turkey's largest venues. His solo music is released through Elec-Trip records.

Babajim's energetic team of highly skilled staff all speak fluent English and Turkish; French and German speaking engineers are also available upon request. Clients can also bring their own engineers or choose from a range of affliated engineers that includes the best of local and foreign talent residing in Istanbul.
