Miloco now represents two Italian Recording Studios both in Rome. Forum Studios and Forward Studios. Both studios are multi complex studios and offer a range of services.
Miloco's association with Forum Studios, one of the leading Italy recording studios, has seen us expand further into Europe. This brilliant Rome recording studio attracts major artists and producers from around the world. We also are pleased to offer one of the leading Italy Mastering Studios, FishEye Music Mastering, which is operated by mastering engineer Stefen Heger and which is also based in Rome.
Forum consists of the legendary Studio A, one of the greatest orchestral recording studios Italy has created. Studio A's vast live room can cater for up to 90 musicians. Its size and sound quality has made it the preferred recording location for many big film soundtracks. The equipment spec includes a Neve VR60, a large collection of outboard and backline including a Steinway Grand piano, plus a huge range of microphones. Studio A is one of the truly iconic Italian recording studios.
Forum Studio Master is a high end SSL mixing and tracking studio. Its control room features an SSL 4000E console, 5.1 monitoring system and plenty of outboard. The wooden live room is a good size for bands, jazz ensembles and string sections. There is a very good collection of microphones in the studio too.
Forward Studios is based in an antique three storey villa built in a Roman style, this is an exclusive 'studio oasis' located in an extraordinarily beautiful area, but still close enough to metropolitan Rome - the perfect balance of inspirational surroundings.
The Caesar Studio control room is based around a Neve 88R console, a Pro Tools HD3 rig, excellent monitoring and brilliant collection of outboard equipment. For bands wanting to record, there is an amazing collection of microphones and backline. Forward Studios is another high end studio in a beautiful setting.
